Delivery

We do everything we can to get your purchases delivered on time every time, however a delay may happen if our stock record is incorrect or because one of our quality checks mean an item may be deemed unfit to send to you. Your billing address must match the address to which your credit/debit card is registered.

Overseas/International Delivery

Sorry, we do not ship to overseas destinations.


Available Delivery Areas

Whitehead's offer direct home delivery to the following areas: UK Mainland, Isle Of Wight, Isle Of Man, Northern Ireland. Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Please note on some items a delivery surcharge may apply to: Isle Of Wight, Isle Of Man, Northern Ireland. Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands.
 

What happens if I am not in when my purchases arrive?

If you are not in when your purchases arrive a card will be put through your letterbox. This will give you details of the courier's local depot. You can then contact them to arrange a time to pickup from them.


Dispatch Times

Place your order before 11.30am on any working day and your purchases should be despatched within 2 working days.


Returns Process

Please contact customer services via the Contact Us page or telephone 01228 511303 stating what the reason for return is. We will process your return as soon as it arrives – but please allow 7 working days.


Unwanted Items (or ‘withdraw from the contract’)

If you are returning an unwanted item (wrong colour, size, etc.) then you will need to pay all the postage costs to return it to us. You must return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition in their original packaging with all labels etc still attached. You must remember to follow the returns procedure before returning anything..

We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items to cover yourself against loss.


Manufacturers Warranty

All goods supplied by Whiteheads, whatever the brand are covered by manufacturers warranty.


Faulty Products


Fault due to manufacturer defect – Whiteheads will replace the item under warranty, free of charge  For details please contact customer services via the Contact Us page or telephone 01228 511303


Goods Damaged In Transit


If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit please notify us within a reasonable time period. We also request that you keep the packaging in case the courier needs to inspect the delivery as part of the transit insurance claim. Returns Policy


You must return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. Simply follow and complete our returns procedure before sending back the goods. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition in their original packaging with all labels etc still attached. The purchaser is responsible for the postage/shipping costs of returned items.

Refunds


Whiteheads ares happy to refund or exchange any item purchased via our online shop, but your return must be within 14 days. Please ensure you have followed the full returns procedure which will ensure your return can be processed in a timely manner. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. The purchaser is responsible for the postage/shipping costs of returned items.

Please note that if you have purchased an electrical product from us and you wish to return a like-for-like product to us then contact us first so that we can register your request. Please note that you can return the product in person to our shop or if you wish to return it by post then return to the address shown above. Please note that you are responsbile for any costs incurred in returning the product for recycling.
