Payments

To pay via Telephone. In shopping cart select Telephone in payment method drop down box and proceed through checkout. Payments can be made by telephoning 01228 511303 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm. Saturday 9am till 40pm.)
VAT
All prices include VAT where applicable at the current UK rate. Although customers from the Channel Islands do not have to pay VAT, we are unable to deduct it from the order so we will collect it and pass it on to Customs and Excise in the normal way.

If your purchases have already left Whiteheads please follow our returns policy. If items have not been despatched then we will cancel your order and credit back your card in full. Confirmation of this transaction will be sent to you.
